Do you live in the San Diego area? If you do, there is a great opportunity to learn more about different forms of substance abuse, including the abuse of over-the-counter cough medicine. The local Fallbrook Citizen’s Crime Prevention Committee is joining together with Phillip Hubbs, the executive director of the Proactive Network Against Substance Abuse, to educate members of that community. When the Five Moms hear about these events, we like to post them and let you know. But we need your help. If you have an event coming up, please let us know! Any time people come together to talk about ways to prevent medicine abuse, we want to do everything we can to make people aware.
